Concrete basement construction has become our speciality over the past 4 years. We have worked alongside many clients, architects and property developers to help deliver their vision, of creating more space for their new build homes or apartments.
Many people are turning to basement construction to create larger living areas within homes. Most of the basements we construct are converted into; gymnasiums, cinema rooms, swimming pools, bedrooms and some have become entire apartments. In addition to this, we have constructed a basement with a fully functional car lift, to act as secure personal car parking area for the clients cars. We maintain a strict 2 form waterproof system, when constructing any concrete basement for our clients. This gives the client a 10-year warranty accredited by CETCO.
As we specialise in formwork construction, we work closely with the renowned Concept Pools to produce tailor-made swimming pools, spas, saunas and wet leisure facilities of any shape and size.
Whether the end result is a contemporary design with an infinity edge or a more traditional design with whirlpool seating, the formwork that underpins the whole structure is always constructed to the highest quality standards by ourselves.
